A modern searching experience

Cisco Systems is one of the original companies that helped to form “The Silicon Valley”. They have been able to rebrand and update themselves to stay relevant in the ever-changing technology realm. Cisco went through a profound design change in 2017 to modernize their search engine, making it more engaging and visually attractive. Looking to the large search engines on the market as inspiration, my team and I had the opportunity to design a new search page. We updated the typography, colors, spacing, and grid. We also redesigned the user experience by adding features such as autocomplete, voice search, and ratings.
